  • Research Instruments Developed, Adapted or Used by the Stanford Patient Education Research Center  - "The Stanford Patient Education Research Center has about 20 years of experience developing, adapting, and testing self-administered scales in English and Spanish for research subjects with chronic diseases. These scales can be used in your own research at no cost.
  • National Health Care Surveys - The National Health Care Surveys are designed to answer key questions of interest to health care policy makers, public health professionals, and researchers. These can include the factors that influence the use of health care resources, the quality of health care, including safety, and disparities in health care services provided to population subgroups in the United States.
  • National Quality Measures Clearinghouse - The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is the lead Federal agency charged with improving the safety and quality of healthcare for all Americans. AHRQ develops the knowledge, tools, and data needed to improve the healthcare system and help consumers, healthcare professionals, and policymakers make informed health decisions.
