NYC Community Health Atlas, 2007
Data from the The New York City Community Health Survey (CHS). The CHS is a telephone survey conducted annually by the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Division of Epidemiology, Bureau of Epidemiology Services. CHS provides data on the health of New Yorkers, at the neighbourhood and city level.
