NYC Criminal Justice Data

New York Police Department Crime Statistics 
A list of links to crime statistics, organized into various categories, including "City wide crime", and divided into the various precincts of the 5 boroughs.

Historical NYC Crime Statistics
Provides data on reported crime and offense data recorded by the New York City Police Department from 2000 through 2010. 

NYC Crime Map
Crime data is provided in map format for the, “seven major NYS Penal Law felonies”(Murder and Non-Negligent Manslaughter, Rape, Robbery, Felonious Assault, Burglary, Grand Larceny and Grand Larceny Motor Vehicle.

New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services
A selected list of tables relating to violent crimes, crime rates, hate crime incidents, domestic violent crimes, arrests, and juvenile crime. Annual, monthly, and quarterly reports are offered.

Uniform Crime Reporting Statistics, provided by the U.S. department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation
The FBI has gathered crime statistics from law enforcement agencies across the Nation that voluntarily participate in the Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program since 1930. These data have been published each year, and since 1958, have been available in the publication Crime in the United States (CIUS).
