This professionally peer-reviewed internet encyclopedia is maintained by the University of Tennessee Martin.

The Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy is designed so that each entry is maintained and kept up to date by an expert or group of experts in the field. All entries and substantive updates are refereed by the members of a distinguished Editorial Board before they are made public.

This podcast is our attempt to recreate the good old days when we’d meet up after a seminar to drink beer and talk shop or get some teaching yas out where students couldn’t talk back. We’re recording it to share the our joy in “doing” philosophy with all who care to listen while ranting bitterly about the profession that we so long ago escaped.

The Philosophers’ Magazine, tpm, was launched by Julian Baggini and Jeremy Stangroom in 1997 to publish quality philosophy in a readable and enjoyable format for readers both within and outside academe.

Feminist philosophy, more than most areas of philosophy, needs to be informed by real-world information and examples. One of their goals is to help feminist philosophers keep up with philosophically relevant facts and examples. Stopped production in May 2019 but maintains the archive.
