Resources for Learning and Teaching Remotely

This guide lists a few of the electronic resources that are now available to students and faculty to help with distance learning and teaching for the Spring semester

Resources for Learning and Teaching Remotely

As CSI transitions quickly to remote learning, the library has put together this guide to help faculty find resources to reformat their classes for remote learning and to help students find the materials they need to work from home. Most of the resources in this guide are either newly added to the Library's collections or are temporary access for the semester. Many publishers and vendors have stepped up to allow free access to textbooks or to e-books for alternative reading assignments, to provide streaming video trials, or even to help students access the internet from home.

Don't forget that all our usual E-resources are always available for you to use from home. Look at our A-Z Database list for subject-specific resources or use OneSearch on our home page to find not just articles but a variety of reference resources to help you explore the fundamentals of any topic!

Technology Needs Assessment

The Library's laptop loan service is currently suspended while the Library is closed during the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Office of Information Technology is participating in a CUNY-wide effort to assess your technology needs as you continue to participate in distance learning. In order for the College to get a gauge of your technology requirements, please complete the Mobile Device Inquiry Form
