Our online chat service is available 24/7 and is designed to support the CSI community needing assistance with research and other curricular issues. If a CUNY librarian is not available, an academic librarian from one of our partner libraries will assist you.
OneSearch allows you to search for books, articles from journals, magazines, and newspapers, streaming video and DVDs (media), or to search across all of our resources in one place.

Try the Library link on the course menu of your Blackboard course. It should take you to the CSI Library Homepage (CSI Blackboard template for Spring 2022 has made the switch). However, if you copy your course from the previous semester, the Library link will take you to this page. If that's the case, please change the link from https://library.csi.cuny.edu/bb to https://library.csi.cuny.edu (simply delete bb). Of course, if you find a course guide or subject guide more helpful for your course, you should have the Library link point to that guide.
